This was absolutely not allowed with Volt, but I dropped Riddick on top of my hubby so I could quickly go and sort out Thelma, Louise and Volt outside and Riddick instantly fell asleep!
Then I did it again...
Its just so cute! He snuggles and squirms until he is comfortable and then goes to sleep!

This sure is so adorable. May I ask why you may not do this with Volt?
blackhuff: guide-dog puppies are not allowed on the furniture at all! We are allowed to cuddle Volt, but he's not allowed to sleep on our lap.
Our two grew up on daddy's chest, under his T shirt - kangaroo style parenting for labradors. They are still very close to their daddy
Well since he is not going to be a guidedog I don't see anything wrong with it. Mac used to do that when she was little I have the cutest Pic of her and Grumpy napping somewhere.
